CALIFORNIA CODES FAMILY.CODE SECTION 2090-2093 2090.
This chapter can be quoted as the constant divorce acknowledgment act. 2091. A divorce, which will receive in another jurisdiction, is without strength, or effect in this condition, if both parties were for connection, domiciled in this condition at the time the procedure for the divorce one began. 2092. Proof that a person, who receives afterwards a divorce from the connections of Matrimony in another jurisdiction, to (A) domiciled in this condition within 12 months before the at the beginning of the procedure for it and again-took up domicile in this condition within 18 months after the departure the person therefore or (B) was constant after the departure of the person of this condition and maintained to the return of the person a domicile within this condition great facie proof it is you that the person was domiciled in this condition, when the divorce procedure was begun. 2093. The application of this chapter is limited by the requirement of the condition of the United States, which full faith and credit note in each condition are given to the general acts, to the recordings and to the legal proceedings of every other condition.
